Why did you want to work at Emerson?
The community of staff that goes above and beyond to help each student, meet them where they are, and help give them the best education possible.
What wows you about Emerson?
The community is everything. The faculty, staff, students, and parents. It’s truly like no other school I’ve worked for or been at!
In one word, what is your working style?
Passionate
How would students describe you?
Students have said I am trustworthy, fun, and caring, but firm when needed.
If you could have one superpower, what would it be and why?
Teleportation, so I can travel and see my long distance friends and family more often.
Favorite artist or band?
Florence + the Machine and Shakira!
What would surprise people about you?
I speak three languages and am considering learning a fourth!
What do you do when you’re not at Emerson?
I love running, dancing, yoga, (all things active), and spending time with friends and family.
Who/what inspires you?
I feel fortunate to have so many north stars and people to look to for inspiration. Friends, mentors, and my students here at Emerson inspire me daily.
What is your favorite ice cream flavor?
Mint Chocolate Chip
