Emerson School is seeking a full-time Teaching Aide for the 2026-2027 school year. We seek an experienced, talented, team-oriented candidate to assist with delivering an enriched, developmentally appropriate Kindergarten program. They will be responsible for assisting in implementing the curriculum and collaborating closely with the Kindergarten teachers. This position reports directly to the Lower School Director.
Substitute teachers are valued members of Emerson’s learning community and play a key role in supporting our mission to provide a whole-child, multiple-method approach to teaching and learning. They help ensure that students experience continuity, care, and creativity in the classroom. Our substitutes are compensated $150 for a full day, and $75 for a 1/2 day.
