Every student in grades K through 5 attends a variety of "specials" classes taught by teacher specialists, on a regular schedule throughout the week. Physical education meets three times a week. Music, Science and World Language classes meet twice a week. Library and Computer classes meet once a week for most grades, but more frequently for kindergarten and first grade.
Kindergarten and first graders are taught Spanish, second and third graders have French, and our fourth and fifth graders attend Japanese class.
Middle school student schedules are discipline driven with five core classes in the morning, including language arts, social studies, science, math and world language. Students also take trimester long courses in the theatre arts, physical education, visual arts, and health. After lunch and recess, students have elective courses and time with their advisor.
Middle School parents will see their individual student's schedule by logging in to the Parent Web here.
